OPENING TIMES
Check our what's on page. The opening and closing times of each event are individual and change from event to event.
Unit Nine office is open from 10am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday. Some events we may hold physical tickets in the box office but some may be sold by the promoter organising the event. Give us a call and we can point you in the right direction. Please be aware that Unit Nine box office is only open on show days for all customer collections and purchases. The office number is 01908 317 995.
FACILITIES
We have a fully licensed bar (of course) and on selected events we have a cloakroom to leave your belongings. If you’re visiting us for the first time, just ask any of our friendly staff to show you the way. We have disabled access and accessible toilets. No drinks purchased from outside the venue are permitted to come inside Unit Nine
AGE RESTRICTIONS
It’s always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from event to event.
Most of our events are 18+ - We have a NO ID NO ENTRY Policy as part of our licence with Milton Keynes Council. We use an ID Scanning Machine to help keep everybody safe. If you do not have ID, you cannot enter Unit Nine. If you have any questions or concerns with this, please email info@unitninemk.com
For Live Music Events, under 18's may be welcome (event specific, please check)
Anyone under 14, you’ll need to attend with an adult (18+) but check the event details.
If it says 14+, 16+, 18+, 21+… be sure to check before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you need it.
ACCESSIBILITY
Unit Nine is a step free venue, with the majority of the venue located on ground floor level with access for anyone with a disability.
We have 2 disabled access toilets and 1 main bar inside the venue, all on the same level. Priority entry is also available for people with a disability, this means customers are able to enter the venue ahead of any queues, once the doors are open. It's always good to let us know in advance if you require any assistance or early access, so that we can be prepare and communicate with our door team, who will be available to provide you with support should you need it.
We unfortunately do not have an viewing area at Unit Nine. If you do require assistance of some sorts, we advise you contact us prior to purchasing a ticket so that we can discuss how best we can accommodate you, as every event has a different set up.
DRESS CODE
We like you to feel comfortable so our dress code is very simple. CLEAN & COMFY! Yes you can wear tracksuit bottoms. Yes you can wear hoddies. Yes you can wear trainers with bubbles. Yes you can wear a hat. We just ask that you are CLEAN & COMFY. We do not allow workwear or steel toe cap type boots inside the venue.
LOST PROPERTY
If you lose property in Unit Nine, please get in touch with us ASAP after an event to see if it has been found. If it had been found by our staff, we will keep the item safe. We keep any lost & found items for 14 days before disposing of it.
CLOAKROOM
We have a cloakroom at Unit Nine but space can be limited depending on how busy the event is. A charge of £2 is to be paid in cash or card to use the Cloakroom - You will be issued with a ticket so that you can easily find your item when you leave. We advise taking a photo of your ticket in case you misplace it. If you misplace your ticket and do not know the number, we will not be able to hand you your belongings back until an appropriate time after the event. Items are held for 21 days after an event has finished at which point items are then disposed of in the appropriate mannger.

GETTING HERE
TRAIN / BUS
The closest train station to the venue is Wolverton Train station. We are a 5-7 minute walk away, depending on how fast your legs can carry you! The main train station in Milton Keynes is Milton Keynes Central Station. You can get the 310 from Central Milton Keynes train station to Wolverton Train Station. Or you can pick up another train from Milton Keynes to Wolverton which should only take a few minutes.
CAR
We have ample space for parking outside the venue. If you are driving, the best route is to get off the M1 (north or south) at junction 14. At junction 14, exit onto A509 toward Milton Keynes. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit ontoH5/Portway/A509. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay onH5/Portway/A509. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Portway/A509. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit ontoPortway/A509. At Neath Hill Roundabout, take the 1st exit ontoDansteed Way/H4. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto V8 Marlborough St/B4034. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto H3/Monks Way/A422. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay onH3/Monks Way/A422. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto V6 Grafton St. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on V6 Grafton St. At Haversham Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Old Wolverton Rd. Go under the first bridge, then you will get to a set of traffic lights and you will go under another bridge. The the first left after that will be Bridgeturn Ave, Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12 5QL, UK.
