COVID-19 - Doing Our Best To Help Keep You Safe

Re-opening of venues - What we are doing at Unit Nine.

The government have put sole responsibility on venues / night-clubs to re-open safely but reality is, we are in a pandemic and there are no right or wrong answers and everybody will have different opinions.

We currently require either your covid passport or proof of a negative lateral flow test upon entry to our venue when attending an event.

Please do not visit us if you are showing any covid symptoms.  We will refund your tickets if you inform us before the event starts. We cannot refund tickets after the event has started under any circumstances.

Masks are optional but recommended - it is up to the individual whether to wear a mask or not. This will not be enforced by our staff. Please don't judge others for their choices.

We will continue to use enhanced cleaning routines.

We understand people may have concerns. Unfortunately, there truly is no right or wrong.  We hope that you will feel safe at Unit Nine. We have done all that we can to follow the guidance provided by the Government.

If you have any questions, please do let us know, we are happy to talk to you.

Thankyou,

Unit Nine

Unit Nine Entry Policy

  • All customers are required to present their ID on entry. Strictly no ID, no entry. Your ID will be scanned onto our ID scanning system as a condition of entry.

  • We only accept a valid passport, foreign national ID cards, driving license or home office approved PASS hologram as identification and/or proof of age. We only accept originals, we do not accept photocopies.

  • Our ID system uses advance AI technology and is currently the only system in the late night economy which can accept every ID from around the globe.  All passports, ID cards, Drivers licenses and more.

  • Our ID system holds information which goes back to 2009 of all known troublemakers, ID swappers, drug dealers, handbag/mobile thief’s and other intelligence data which means we can make informed decisions on whether we feel it safe to allow you to enter our venue.

  • Photocopies of ID will NOT be accepted. Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.

  • Entry/exit searches and the right to search whilst inside the venue/smoking area is a condition of entry. The entry search is mandatory, the others will be at the discretion of venue management.

  • Final decision on entry is down to venue security / management.

  • Our system is fully GDPR compliant

If you have any questions, please do email us on info@unitninemk.com.

Accessible Toilets:
We provide an accessible toilet located on the main level (standard wheelchair accessible)

Our Team
Our staff are known for being friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. If you have specific access needs, we encourage you to contact us before your visit as we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

Assistance & Support
Personal assistants or carers are welcome to attend but please contact us in advance so we can advise on how best to support you. Events are run by different promoters and therefore assistance tickets are down to the promoter to organise, not us as a venue. If you are unsure, please get in touch and we can assist.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue.

If you require early entry, seating arrangements, or any other adjustments, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll sort it out.

Feedback
We’re always looking to improve accessibility at Unit Nine. If you have suggestions or feedback, please reach out to us at info@unitninemk.com - your input genuinely helps us make the venue more inclusive for everyone.
