COVID-19 - Doing Our Best To Help Keep You Safe

Re-opening of venues - What we are doing at Unit Nine.

It's been a long time coming and wow, what a nightmare it has been for so many people in so many ways. We are excited to get back to 'normal' so you can let your hair down and enjoy events with us again.

The government have put sole responsibility on venues / night-clubs to re-open safely but reality is, we are in a pandemic and there are no right or wrong answers and everybody will have different opinions.

We will NOT require proof of vaccination, or a negative Covid test as a requirement for entry. We do however advise that you take a home test before visiting us for peace of mind and to protect other customers and our staff. We also advise you to get the vaccination as per government advice.

Please do not visit us if you are showing any covid symptoms.  We will refund your tickets if you inform us before the event starts. We cannot refund tickets after the event has started under any circumstances.

Masks are optional but recommended - it is up to the individual whether to wear a mask or not. This will not be enforced by our staff. Please don't judge others for their choices.

We will continue to use enhanced cleaning routines.

Track & Trace QR Codes will be on show at the entrance to be checked in to.

We have hand sanitiser points within the venue for you to use and of course we have hand washing facilities in the toilets, so you can wash your hands at your leisure.

Staff will be asked to take a test before every shift.

We understand people may have concerns. Unfortunately, there truly is no right or wrong.  We hope that you will feel safe at Unit Nine. We have done all that we can to follow the guidance provided by the Government. We feel like no-body should be excluded which is why we are not expecting people to prove vaccination and / or a negative test on entry.

If you have any questions, please do let us know, we are happy to talk to you.
